What is a Discovery Call?

In this discovery session, you can get all your questions answered and clarify any doubts you might have around coaching. It is also an opportunity for me to get to know you better, and for you to experience working with me as your coach.

Starter package

This initial 60-minute session will allow us to identify objectives and design a package that will best suit your needs. Most importantly, this time will give us the opportunity to ensure that we are a good fit. Sessions are held via video conference.

Essentials Package

We will meet for six sessions (typically one time a week) for a one-hour call each session.

The individual coaching sessions are held via video conference.

Professional Package

We will meet for 12 sessions (60 min per session). Includes services included in Essentials Package and more.

The individual coaching sessions are held via video conference.

A LA Carte

Select this package if you would like more than a one-time mini session, yet you are not quite ready to commit to a specific program.

This gives you the freedom and flexibility to focus on what you believe needs the most attention.
